This trick of the trade.
This may sound a little obvious but I love Google Calendar. I schedule e-mail reminders for just about everything in my life–personal and professional–which means that I never have to remember anything. I get so many e-mail reminders on a daily basis, and occasionally I'll get reminders that I've set a year or two back that will feel so random when they finally show up. The degree of importance for these reminders varies widely and can include anything from "Follow up with so and so" to "Buy hat" to "Make edits to living will?". It can be pretty entertaining.
I recently went to LA for a trip with Clementine Daily and absolutely loved it. I'm an East Coast gal and though I've travelled a lot, my travels have mostly taken me to the mid or Eastern part of the U.S. or to Europe. The West Coast feels totally foreign to me and I'm itching to learn more about it. This will sound nuts but I love the color palette and plant life that exist in a desert climate. It's so, so good.
Gretchen Rubin's "The Happiness Project" was the first book I read that made me think about happiness in an intentional way. I read this book after just moving abroad and going through a big change, and it showed me that we all have power over our feelings and the way we handle everyday stress.
Such a tough question! Here are a few completely random sites I love for various uses–I use Squarespace for my blog and think it's one of the best platforms out there for creatives. Aside from being a great choice for hosting an e-commerce business, Shopify offers a lot of really helpful video guides and tutorials for online marketing and the like. For visual and creative inspiration, I love Freunde von Freunden, and for fashion I love the new-ish LISA SAYS GAH. The styling and curation is excellent.
Too cheesy to say my husband? I'm a total stress-ball about 99% of the time, and my husband does a good job of bringing me back down to earth. We did long distance between New York and London for the first three years of our relationship and since the beginning he's known how to talk me off the ledges I build for myself which is definitely needed. :)
